Return Policy: If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition within 30 days of shipment date, for a refund or exchange excluding the shipping charges. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than NasrDiamonds, Inc.), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
* NasrDiamonds, Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Insurance & Liability: All merchandise shipped from NasrDiamonds, Inc. is insured for full value up to the moment of delivery. Once a shipment is accepted and signed for, the customer is solely responsible for the merchandise and any loss or damage, which may occur thereafter. Should the return of merchandise to NasrDiamonds, Inc. be necessary, NasrDiamonds, Inc. shall assume liability for such merchandise only upon receipt of the merchandise in its original condition.

Shipping Policy: The processing time for every order varies depending on the item order. We generally take 5-10 days or may be less working days for the order to be delivered. We generally ship via UPS.

Payment Structure: All Payments for purchase on this site are made via secure server transaction through our payment gateway. Buyers can pay for their items with a credit card or checking account.
