Shipping Policy: The processing time for every order varies depending on the item order. We generally take 5-10 days or may be less working days for the order to be delivered. We generally ship via UPS.

When will my package ship?

We try to be extremely responsive to our customers and ship within 1 business day. If orders come in late in the afternoon, they will ship the next business day. This includes Fed Ex shipments. Orders received before about 10 a.m. EST commonly ship that business day.

How are orders packaged?

Each piece is displayed in an attractive jewelry box. The jewelry is further wrapped within secure packaging to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?

If there are any issues with a shipment, contact our Customer Care Department immediately by sending an email to customercare@NasrDiamonds.com Please provide as much details as you can of the items and the order. Our staff will respond to your mail immediately or give you a call. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
